What I have been thinking about is a particle system that emits "bubbles" that are set as fluid outflows. It should produce a fluid domain animation with moving holes. BUT I haven't tried it and don't know whether it would be compatible with Unity.

I am very roocky in Blender and i tested the fluid simulation in combination with cycles. And when you go to youtube it is really strange you can not find many good fluid simulation. The volume of the space inside the mesh affects how much liquid the object contributes to the simulation.
